The past 7 weeks in Sibu were a hectic and fruitful one. I was happy and rejoice that I made the decision to come and thankful for all those who were talking good about this course. And of course, I thank God for the opportunity to learn. I had never imagine myself to join any kinda course or church camp like this because they were too "holy'' for me. I was not saying that I'm a holy person now or what. But for me, I never relate myself or got interested in religious study. I went to university and realized that I have know so little about my religion, especially when I encountered so many people in the past year and I got totally freaked out when people asked about religious questions. I wanted them to know the God I believed in but most of the time I just let the chance slipped away. It was more like a last minute decision but I was glad I came. Saying this now because I had done most part of this course, left two weeks which is missionary and seminar. I should reflect and blog about it.

The past 7 weeks was more academic like. We sat in the same classroom and attended 4 classes a day. A total of 5 subjects. I said hectic because we squeezed everything in two months or 7 weeks to be exact. Had class from Tuesday till Friday like non-stop. There are also activities to attend after class, every Wednesday is sport day, every Thursday is gardening and every Friday is evangelism. What frighten me the most was evangelism as we have to be proactive to approach strangers and spread the Good News. What annoyed me the most was gardening. I never did that at home or anywhere else. It was pretty scary to cut down big bushes w/o feeling threatened by what might be hiding in the bushes. What popped up in my mind was snake, lizards, insects and many more unknown species of insects. Maybe they got real familiar with the environment, or maybe I'm a coward. But this part is really challenging until now. part of me hoped I could escape gardening, wish that it would rain but it never happen even it is a rainy season ( it just stopped raining in the evening when it was about the time for gardening). But I know it was the best spiritual training for me, and all those who plainly hate gardening. HAHAHAHAHA!

The last week of class we got to study a new subject which interesting level totally out beat all the subjects we learnt in the past month (every subject was interesting but this is more interesting). It was a lil bit about other religion and I found it real fun because it was sth new and attractive. And I'm totally amazed by what I got exposed to. I'm truly, deeply blessed to know God and be Her girl in Christ. Life has never been easy but I knew He is leading, He is guiding me all the way until I go into the eternal life to meet Him. My faith got strengthen throughout this course because of what I been taught about, people here, their testimonial and everything I observed.

I will try to put everything in the past month into this post. Be ready for photo spamming.
