Bangkok Day 1 // Platinum mall // Baiyoke sky hotel

Bangkok, the land of smile! I was finally there *hand clapping. I had been wanting to go to Thailand, people around me are saying how good it is to shop, to massage and the animal shows in Thailand. I didn't shop as much as I expected. Some of them are too fancy. I love the coconut ice- cream, tom yum soup (I'm making myself hungry. *grhh) and many more! I still think that it is inhuman for ahgua show and some of the animal shows.

Family portrait at the airport.

we took MRT to the hotel, a great way to escape from the traffic jam, save a lot of time and money.

some random shots of the streets in Bangkok city.

Stayed at Indra Regent, local pronounced as "Intelligent". Good location which is near to platinum mall, morning market was just in front of the hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom *scream.

checked- in to the hotel, dropped our luggage and started shopping, Spent 2 hours at the Platinum mall and I got a tee, LOL, to my dismay. Some of us did get a luggage of clothes so It depends on your luck.

Took a break at Mister Donut and got recharged because we were too tired walking around the mall.
Dinner at Baiyoke sky (Bangkok tallest building) overlooking the beautiful city.

Ended the day walking around the shopping streets around Baiyoke Sky Hotel. That's all about day 1 in Bangkok.

Back at Gan En church in the morning, and just in time for the second session of Sunday service. Justin did a great job sharing his testimony. No doubt everyone is exhausted after the trip and we kept commenting how bad/ sick we looked in the photos. HAHAHA!

Kim Fah & Katty's big day.

So glad and grateful that my flight didn't delay and I could be back just in time for the wedding dinner. They had put in so much effort in to make sure every single detail of the wedding is impeccable, You can tell from the photos below. The proposal video is like the tear gas, I think most of us shared the same joy.
