Hello, I'm blogging away from Sibu. I'm currently taking a two months course at Methodist Theology School in Sibu. I will be spending my summer holiday here until the first week of September. So far, I found the classes and people here lovely and helpful indeed. The classes we have every week ain't as boring as I thought It would be but turned up to be so interesting and cool. Hostel is great, I have no complain about that, It can score a 99% for hostel. What I find it comfortable and lovely is that they only assigned two people in a room. Each room has its balcony for drying clothes and you can have your own toilet, two studying tables, a bed and spacious space all to yourself and your roommate. As a student, it is compulsory to attend each class, prayers meeting, choir and take meal on time. The morning prayers at 5:15am every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday is holiday to all and weekends are assigned for church visiting. Basically, you have no worries about wasting your time here because everything is scheduled. I just started experience my first fasting since yesterday night till today lunch time. Honestly, I was very resist about that before this because I couldn't tolerate to starve myself. I do always take proper meals and snacks in between. It was very challenging for me and so I asked for prayers from my family members. You know what? I didn't feel any hunger at all. I was totally surprised and rejoiced in God, you can never underestimating God and now I'm taking a step ahead. Thank you Lord.
Day 3 in Melaka.
If you're planning to go to Jonker Street, make sure you visit Bambo Cafe! I fall in love with the arts and interior design here! and make sure you enter or leave using the back door. You will know why when you do so. HAHAHAHA. It was a bit sad that photo taking is prohibited but I still take photo because I just love the interior design here! so please don't sue me. *begging

At St. Paul Hill and beside St Francis Xavier marble statue
All of us in front of the lone gate/ A. Famosa aka Portuguese fortress.
Big thanks to LiHua for being the photographer and took all the group photos!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
So happy to meet up with HL in Malacca as we are both visiting red house on the same day. I swear we didn't plan to meet up until she saw the FB status that we are also in Malacca. Miss you so much! Meet up with you definitely make this trip a more memorable one!
Nadeje for the famous mile crepe which is another must eat in Melaka.
The queue can go crazy in the afternoon so make sure you go at the other time to avoid the crowd.
and the must- drink- coconut- milkshake.
and this is the location for coconut milkshake.
It was Sunday so lucky us got to visit the night market at Jonker Street.
Last stop, Satay Celup for supper.
We went to the left shop because our tour guide found it more delicious as the servings are more generous. So you know which to choose when you visit Ban Lee Siang.
I thought we were gonna have satay but it was something different from my perception. They have satay sauce as soup and sauce. You can choose you own favorite and dip them in the soup, wait until boil and devour them. HAHAHA.
It was my second trip to Malacca and it was so much difference with my first visit with my family because we now have a local friend to guide us around. Thousand of thanks and love to LiHua for being so nice and showing us around the town. We won't have so much fun w/o you.
