Edinburgh Day 1

Despite of the jet lag, missed flight, overnight at the airport and all the messes, I managed to catch the morning train to Edinburgh. I opted for train as it is slightly cheaper than flight and it is earlier than the first flight to Edinburgh. What a relief, I took some nap on the train and woke up in the beautiful Scotland! Jas picked me up at the train station and that's the end of the sad trip. HAHAHA! After dropping my luggage and took a quite shower, we headed out to explore the old town of Edinburgh, New town of Edinburgh in another day, another post.

I was not a fan of Harry Porter but since I'm in Edinburgh, a quick photo with the famous Elephant House.

Touching the toes of the smart. I need to get a first class degree yoooo. HAHAHA!

Thanks Jas for this shot and all the shots taken. ;)

Visit the Greyfriars Bobby, I tot it was just a story until Jas told me it is a real story. How blessed to have such a loyal dog, but I felt so poor for the dog.

Jas brought me to the oldest bar in town to try out a Scottish dish, Haggis

Haggis with potato and whisky sauce.

Then her favorite Ice cream spot in town.

We were sitting on the bench, people watching, enjoying the ice cream and cool breeze. Every afternoon should be this carefree!

That's the end of Day 1, I slept around 7pm because of jetlag and I was super tired after the long flight, train and walking around the town but I was so thrilled to meet up with Jas and explored the old town of Edinburgh. It was more like a dream, so surreal that I was finally in Edinburgh. Thanks Lord for everything that happened. ;)
